Crashes in Goodyear

Crash reports, court and deadlines

Goodyear Police usually investigate crashes on city streets. Ask the Goodyear Police Records Division for the report with the online police records request or the fillable request form. The division is at 11 N. 145th Ave., open Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays. The city lists reports at $0.50 per page and accepts cash, money orders, cashier's checks or business checks, not personal checks or cards. Arizona DPS usually handles I-10 and the Loop 303; DPS reports are requested through the DPS Public Services Portal (psp.azdps.gov). Once you hire us, we request the report for you.

Deadlines matter. In Arizona, most injury lawsuits must generally be filed within 2 years (A.R.S. § 12-542). Claims against the government move faster.
